- Simon Mbendera is the founder and Managing Director. He holds a ICSAZ qualification, a diploma in Estate Management as well as Certificate of registration with Estate Agency Council of Zimbabwe. He has over 13 years experience in the industry.
Tendai Musara
Accountant
- Tendekai is the Accountant of Khalida Realty (Pvt) Ltd. He has over 10 years experience in accounts and administration. He is holder of B. Com-Accounting with GZU, CGI Part C and currently studying ACCA level 2 .

- Samantha is a holder of an honours degree in local Governance Studies from the Midlands States University.
